I’ve not been sleeping well lately, I keep waking up during the night. Consequently, I’ve been struggling through the day with brain fog and a general lack of energy. I think it must be some kind of infection, as I’ve also had a sore throat, blocked sinuses and earache. I hope I can shake this off soon.
