Merry Christmas?

My sister phoned yesterday — one of the children in the class that she teaches tested positive for Coronavirus, so she’s going to self-isolate over Christmas. That means that our planned get-together on Boxing Day won’t happen.

This will be the first time in about 16 years that we’ve not all been together at least one day over Christmas. And it’s coming up for the second year since my Dad passed away.

This year has already sucked hard, but this is really the turd on the cake. 🙁
