I’ve been having weird app issues on my iPad Mini 4 (iOS 13.2). Overcast wasn’t downloading podcasts, Duolingo refuses to start any lessons, Ulysses has stopped synching, and app updates were stalled. A restart got Overcast working, but Duolingo and Ulysses are still wonky. Argh!
