Microsoft is (sorta) Dead

I recently stumbled across (again) an old piece by Paul Graham from 2007, Microsoft is Dead. In some ways, it still rings true; the Microsoft of Gates and Ballmer lies buried under the new Microsoft of Nadella.

I suspect, in 12 years from now, similar words will be penned about Google, perhaps Facebook and Amazon too…
