Plans to increase fairness for mobile customers outlined by Ofcom
On the face of it, this sounds like a good thing. But I agree somewhat with Three’s response that it’s at best a token effort which doesn’t encourage people to find the best deal for their needs.
Given Ofcom’s track record of ‘regulating’ the UK telecoms sector, I can’t say that I’m too surprised…
