Adobe Warns Users Someone Else Might Sue Them For Using Old Versions Of Photoshop

Sigh. I was a fan of Adobe Creative Cloud when it first launched in 2012, but over the years the shine has worn off for me. From clunky upgrade processes, through disappearance of features and breaking workflow for no good reason, to creeping price rises. Top that off with the security breach that saw user info exposed, and Adobe’s lackluster and indifferent response, plus the fact that most of the ‘improvements’ have just been painting an extra layer of lip-gloss onto their bloated piggies.

At this point, I think most folks stick with Adobe products because that’s what they’ve always used, and they’re too heavily invested now. I wouldn’t recommend them to newcomers unless they’ve got the time and patience to learn how to work around Adobe’s UI.
