Went to doctors surgery this morning to have routine blood tests done. Discussed how I was coping after my father’s death. I will be making an appointment next week to discuss my mental health, which took a major hit over the last two years.
Bought and installed Reeder 4 for Mac today. The app is a lot snappier, and Readability view is now much more reliable. Only downsize so far is that you can’t select custom fonts for article view, but that’s not a deal-breaker for me. (Option for OpenDyslexic would be nice.)
I took this off my bookshelf the other day. I think I’ll read it again, just to see how much is still relevant today.
(I don’t generate much paperwork of my own nowadays, but I still get a lot sent to me.)

Innovate? Big tech would rather throw us a broken Samsung Galaxy Fold
Charles Arthur:
Somewhere, it’s all gone a bit off-kilter. Stuff doesn’t break like it used to; phones now last years and years. Maybe it was inevitable that Samsung would invent the self-breaking phone.
