• They do the download of your data in two separate parts, a summary version followed by the full data.
• They don’t try too much to guilt-trip you into staying.
• They lost me because they broke the one part (groups) that I actually found useful, and their email notifications haven’t worked in years.
• On the plus side, at least they’re not as creepy as Facebook. (At least, not that I’m aware of… yet.)
