I reinstalled Sleep Cycle on my iPad last night, and used it to monitor my sleep pattern. As I suspected, it’s a lot more disturbed. I need to work out what’s causing this. #sleepmonitor #wellbeing
After a few months with both the R-Go HE vertical mouse and the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic 4000 keyboard, my hands and wrists are feeling much better! I should’ve made the changeover years ago.
Took delivery of a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 today. It replaces an Apple Wired Extended Keyboard, which while fully functional was also decidedly low and flat. The R-Go HE vertical mouse, which I’ve had for about a month now, replaced a regular size Logitech wireless mouse.
My wrists are already thanking me.
The other day, a friend of mine asked if I could make her some charts she could print off and put into her bullet journal.
She was recently diagnosed as ‘pre-diabetic’. Meaning that she may have a form of diabetes but they’re not sure what sort and how serious it is.
