While the examples and research mentioned in this Slate article are US-centric, I think it’s just as relevant here in the UK and elsewhere. There is very little effort made to make technology that seniors can use — and want to use. Instead, the assumption seems to be that if seniors can’t or won’t go online or use new technology, that’s their problem. In reality, it’s everyone’s problem, because we’ll all be seniors one day…
